Clear but dense purple-red with violet hues.
Nose
Subdued, with sweet ripe plums and a hint of vanilla.
Palate
Medium bodied. Warm, round, velvety mouth-filling plummy fruit. Gentle tannins and a soft, well-balanced acidity.
Overall
A rich, satisfying and fruity Malbec that almost epitomises the current Mendoza Malbec style. Very much fruit-led, with little in the way of oak complexity, but a full-flavoured, well-balanced and easy-drinking wine that unquestionably represents very good value.
